The game is called Welkin 4591. If you've ever played Planetside, and wish to relive those days, Welkin is the game! It has a persistent battlefield, meaning that you fight for your Empire to take over bases, or fight to keep the ones you have. It has vehicles, both air and land that can be acquired at the bases you take. The game never stops, there are no servers to join like normal FPSs, you join one of a few big servers and connect with hundreds of players in a persistent fight for your Empire's dominance.

I'm not too familiar with the storyline as I don't speak/read Chinese at all!

Aeria should grab this game, because not only will you finally have a FPS, you will get a LOT of player base from Planetside, too. All the Planetside players have been struggling with PS for years now, dealing with horrible netcoding, random graphical errors and glitches that are never adressed properly because it's such an innovative game but SOE is too worried about their dumb kiddy game they're making now to give funding to PS. If you spread the word on PS forums about this, it will definitely be receiving players.
