Hey Folks,
So we recently acquired a GM tool that allows us to insert packages and items directly into your Item mall "Purchased Item" screen.
This means no more waiting around for items to be delivered, or players not receiving the items promised to them.
In order for the transition to go as smoothly as possible I wanted to write this little guide on where and how to receive items from our GM run promotions.
The first thing to do is to Participate in one of our promotions. This can be anything from a Buy one get one free event, raffle or other Aeria promotion that involves players receiving in-game items.

Retrieving Promotion Items and You
Step 1) Open your item mall screen.

Step 3) The item sent to you by the Game Masters will be inside of the "Purchased Items" section.
Note: You can be online or offline. Either way you will receive your item.

Step 4) Transfer the item from the Purchased Item Screen to your inventory, by double clicking the item, and then selecting "Transfer"[/b]
Important things to remember:
[b]A) You must have space in your "Item Transactions" window for new items. If you do not have at least 1 space available, you will not get your item.
Reason: While you are not able to access Item mall items purchased on Katar, from Cariae, the tool we use registers the Purchased items screen as universal. This means that if you have 25 items in your Purchased items screen on Katar, but have an empty window on Cariae, you will still
NOT be able to purchase an item from the item mall on the Cariae server.
How to avoid: Make sure that you are constantly transferring items from the purchased items screen into your inventory. This frees up space and will help you avoid not receiving an item from a promotion.
B) If you wish to participate in a promotion on a specific server, make sure you buy from that server!
Reason: We can see what server you buy from, and will only send a promotion item to the original purchase server. DO NOT purchase an item on one server and expect to use it on another.
C) You can be online or offline and will still receive your item.
D) Always check promotion times before you participate.
Reason: If you buy a promotion item, but it is not during the promotion
E) If you have a blank space in the "Item transaction" window, but still cannot purchase an item. You may have a rare issue, where the space looks blank but is still actually registering as having an item existing there.
Reason: This is due to a very old bug in Last Chaos that was fixed. However all players who encountered the bug were left out of the fix. This is due to an error in the database, and unfortunately cannot be corrected.
How to Avoid: Make sure you are constantly clearing items from your "Item Transaction" window. Leave plenty of room for new items!!
