Shadowbane is a great game that has a cult like following, it was recently announced that Shadowbane might be closing and the only hope to keep it alive is Aeria games. It was announced on the ubi/shadowbane forums that Aeria might be able to help save the game so now you see users from the Shadowbane community signing up here to help support and try to keep alive the game that they love. Shadowbane is imo the best pvp game ever, when the announcement came that shadowbane might be closing I searched day and night for a game that might offer pvp anything like what Shadowbane offers. After searching and searching/trying different mmo's I found there is no game that offers the pvp that Shadowbane offers. Shadowbane is the only MMO I ever want to play and when it dies I think my days of online gaming will die with it.

Shadowbane still has a very big following that would love to see this game treated the way it needs to be treated. I am sure most of the fanbase would be willing to P2P as long as the game was supported and worked on. Either way if you ask the Shadowbane community you will see that there is a ton of people that are willing to do what ever it takes to keep Shadowbane alive.

PLEASE KEEP SHADOWBANE!!

Shadowbane is the best pvp game I have ever played. There are more ways to make a character in this game than any other. The city sieging is great too. This game is definately worth saving

There are a few thousand die hard fans that will support this game.

You want PvE than keep playing the game you are playing or you could always try Hello Kitty Online.

You want hardcore PvP and large scale seiges/battles where you either defend your city that you built from the ground up or attack and destroy other player cites than Shadowbane is where you need to be.

Might not be the prettiest game you have ever seen but give it a try before you knock it, there is not another game on this planet that offers the PvP that Shadowbane does.

Please do what you can to keep ShadowBane alive. It's my first MMORPG and will be my only one. When it goes, then my online gaming will go as well. I just read about the possibility of you keeping it going, so I hope this is actually going to happen.. PVP, Building cities, Sieges,Mines, graphics are pretty good as well. Not cartoon characters. It has it's little quirks that I'm sure any game has so maybe these can be looked into if you should take it over. There are no other games that compare to Shadowbane IMO.....
