Q: What does Yosuga mean? How did the name originate?
A: Yosuga is a term from Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (X-Play's 'RPG of 2004'). Yosuga is a Reason based on elitism and survival of the fittest, where only the chosen elite would possess the right to live. The useless and weak elements of society would be purged from the world, leaving only the powerful and strong. Power is acknowledged as being the only thing of true worth, and only the strongest of the strong would have the right to rule. This Reason is most closely associated with the Chaos alignment of previous Shin Megami Tensei games.

We're currently a growing level 8 casual clan based in Souhonzen and we're very active and helpful to all players alike. We are seeking all active/talkative recruits so if that's you, feel free to sign up. Our goal is to be the number one clan but we are not focusing on that goal until we have 100 entertaining members with great personalities to help reach that status.

How to be a member of Staff

Go the extra mile!: Share your knowledge of the game to new members and help them learn the ropes. Recruit frequently. Join in clan events and come up with your own. Be active frequently. Get your equipment up to snuff! Doing such shows your commitment to the clan and I'd love to have you as a part of our staff team. Staff vary from subs because they get to decide how the clan is run.
Clan Rules:

Use common sense!: I shouldn't have to clarify any further than this. If you are being excessively rude/offensive or annoying, expect to be kicked. Don't ask people for stuff and don't be a detriment in party runs.

Don't store your characters here!: We're here to find and play with other players, new and old, so we're not looking to store a million alt characters. If you play long enough with us and become a "red" active member, you are allowed to enter one other character into the clan. Inactivity rule applies to each character.

Try to seek out knowledge on your own!: We are NOT here to hold your hand through the game. There's so much to learn about this game and taking the time to delve into a few forum guides (located below) can vastly improve your enjoyment of the game. Ignorance is bliss but Intelligence is enlightening.

Don't be inactive!: We understand that there's such a thing called "The Real World" so we don't expect you to be on 24/7. However if you're going to be gone for a while, let us know via a forum post or through your clan status.

Don't be quiet!: If we don't notice your presence in clan then there's no point in keeping you. We want clan members, not just another number. If you're shy or don't talk much, don't bother joining. We love to converse with one another, and it really brings the clan together.
Every 5 days, the staff members evaluate each member of the clan and kick out any players that break these few simple rules. We're not strict though and we will gladly welcome you back if you talk with one of the staff for why you were kicked in the first place. If you're kicked multiple times...you may want to try a new clan.

Channel 7 is the official clan channel. Try to keep all activities on this channel to make partying easier and reserve your fusion guage stocks.

Posting in Clan Thread: If you're going to post in the clan thread then PLEASE put your in-game name account somewhere in your post (if it's not totally obvious already) so I know who you are and can credit you YP points (more info below).

Everybody is a sub!: After you survive your first Judgement Day, and reach yellow activity status, you will be granted sub powers. Subs are allowed to add/kick people to and from the clan respectively. If I find that you are abusing your sub powers, you will be banned from clan immediately.

Now that mostly everybody is free to be a sub, it's time to put your negotiation skills to the test. I challenge everyone to go out, make some new friends and recruit a new member to the clan. For every new member you get to reach red clan status, you will receieve 2000 YP.

Every Sunday @ 6 P.M. EST I would like to invite every clan member to a massive PVP brawl! We'll do 5 Fate matches followed by 5 Valhalla matches! NOTE: You MUST be lvl 30+ and have completed the Yaginuma's quest in any city to partake in PVP! To make things more interesting, at the end of each battle, the player with the highest BP will earn 100 YP! So come take out your anger against a clannie by smashing their face in! 
And if you think I'm going to take it easy on my clannies......HAHA! Think Again! I'll be waiting! 
Nyarlathotep Tri-Fusion Request

Goal: Create Nyarlathotep x31
Objective #1: Create Pazuzu with Good Friends+ Friendship - Role reserved for diablopanqueque
Objective #2: Create Yatagarasu with Good Friends+ Friendship - Role reserved for any player lvl 52+! Please create a Yatagarasu for tri-fusion. An easy way to do so is by fusing a Bucca-Boo (found in Shibuya/Suginami) with a Baphomet (found in Babel Hack Runs) to make Chatterskull. Then, fuse Chatterskull with a Zhen (found in Shinagawa)to make Badb Catha. Finally, fuse Badb Catha with a Sarasvati (found in Babel Hack Runs)to make Yatagarasu! Objective Completion Reward = 5200 YP
Objective #3: Create Baphomet with Good Friends+ Friendship - Role reserved for any player lvl 30+! Please create a Baphomet for tri-fusion. An easy way to do so is by completing Babel Hack Runs and getting him as a reward! Objective Completion Reward = 3000 YP
(Please Note - Since Nyarlathotep requires a plugin, you may rebirth the demons and level them up to obtain friendship quickly.)

How can we be a clan based on Darwin's theory if we do not continually get stronger and better ourselves? So I decided to create an event based on leveling and motivate everyone to grow stronger as a clan. It's simple really. For every level you gain in a given week, I'll give you YP! At the end of the month, whoever gains the most YP through this event will recieve double the amount of YP they gained as a bonus. ^_^

Gain a level between 40 - 49 - Earn 400 YP for each level!

Gain a level between 60 - 69 - Earn 600 YP for each level!
Gain a level between 70 - 79 - Earn 700 YP for each level!
Gain a level between 80 - 89 - Earn 800 YP for each level!
Gain a level between 90 - 99 - Earn 900 YP for each level!
For example: if you level from 33-42 before the weekly deadline, you'll gain 3000 total YP.
*Lvl 9 and below may not participate because it is ridiculously easy to gain those levels.*

Q: What are Yosuga Points (YP)? How do I obtain them?
A: Yosuga Points are redeemable points exclusive to our clan that you can "cash-in" for various prizes/rewards in game. You recieve 10 points for each coherent post you make in the clan thread (double posts or spam posts will not count towards your total) but to obtain points a bit faster you will need to participate in any clan event that we have posted OR donate other items that are deemed uncommon/rare to the store.

- To ask for an item you MUST post on the clan forum or talk to me in-game. When I acknowledge the offer the transaction will take place in Shinjuku Babel ch 7 by the South Terminelle.
- If you'd like to donate any uncommon/rare items to the list let me know. I'll exchange the item for an equal amount of YP based on it's monetary value. (This is a great option for AP spenders that can't seem to sell their items. Trade your items, rack up points and redeem it for something better)
- Equipment that has a 75% or below reduced durability will NOT be accepted into the clan store.
- If you're ever excommunicated you will lose all of your YP. If you are re-added to clan you will NOT get your YP back as it will start at 0 once more.
