I think we should have more than 10 hotkey space bars. My reason's being: we have 14 classes available, and only 10 bars of hotkey's. It's a pain having to reset hotkeys everytime you switch classes and all your hotkey bars are filled. Just do the math.

Current: 10(bars) x 10(spaces) = 100 hotkey spaces
Note we have 14 classes, each with 20 skills which would need to be hotkey'd if you have/use all of them
Current(classes): 14(classes) x 20(maximum skill possibilities) = 280 hotkey spaces needed.

Now i do realize its unlikly that someone will have all 14 classes with all 20 skills that need to be hotkey'd. But what I do realize is even with just 10 skills on all 14 classes..we would need 140 hotkey spaces. Now of course if someone doesnt have all the classes, but has more than 10..14 skills on a couple classes..it can still clump and run out of room. I personally have all the classes and above 10 skills for every class. So it becomes a nuisance switiching hotkeys everytime i go to a new job. Plus we cant forget some of us hotkey potions/pills/weapons and other things we may need at any moment(such as when partying).

So even though this may not apply to everyone, it does apply to a few of us, and I would like to suggest we add maybe..5 extra bars of hotkey's. That would be giving us an extra 50 spaces. Also if it seems like a hassle to sort about 15 bars of hotkey's..have a fast forward button moving up 3 spaces.(Note: if it's 3 spaces, if you need to move 2 forward, u can fast forward 3, back 1. or forward 2..but if like 5 spaces forward..fast forward 6, back 1. hope you get the logic here). Hope I have supporters!

Extra Idea's(viewer input)- How to quick access bars beyond 10.
ctrl-shift-1 for bar 11, ctrl-shift-2 for 12, etc.
The fact that many player's have tons of hotkey'd messages...more reason to have more hotkey spaces.
Having more than 3 bar's open. Say..4 or 5?

Agree. I change jobs a lot to accommodate lower-level friends, and it's a hassle to have to redo the hotbars everytime for those I don't already have saved. It'd be nice to have at least 14 for the jobs, and one for things like, say, quick inventory access like potions, Saras or switching weapons without having to constantly open up the inventory to use them because you need to keep your skills.

I have to redo my hotkeys every time I change my job from hunter to doc or one of those to a lower job, or use different subs than normal, from lack of hotkeys. Especially since I hotkey my weapons to make switching easier, and when I pilfer Bandit Sergeants I like to be able to hotkey my armor too. Even if it's just one set per job (14 bars, 140 spaces) it'd still be easier to deal with than the 10 for 14 jobs we have now.

Completely agree. Add hotkeys. The more the better as far as I'm concerned.

Between skills, actions, and random chat/selling keys, I could probably use all I could get.
