Why the 1 wis?

you add wis to increas your mp

1 point of wis adds about 5 mp... I'd rather stick in a lvl 3 mental lapis for way more mp.

Even pure Wis UM Mage is only an additional 2,250 MP at Lv50. 1 Wis per level is 250, not even enough to cast a single Storm.

Wis is needed for accuracy starting in Pando, but at that level it can be easily lapised.

2 Rec per level is also useless. It's not enough to save you, especially in PvP, but just enough to annoy some Defenders.

I'm going to assume that you don't have tons of gold for Luc, so I'd recommend just sticking with 9 Int per level.

Than again, it really depends on what your scope is. There is no one perfect build that will suit all purposes, but I can tell you that yours doesn't really suit any.

You could try 6 int 3 rec
or 7 int 2 rec
or one I would like to try is 5 int 4 luck, with eough luc lapised to crit 90+%

I like 5 int 4 rec. With kiting and the proper lapis... pretty fun to solo.
