did paintshop 8 for 2 years did lil animation very basic though
not everyone tastes but i m happy with it just a few did loads more
used right tuts too html ewww!!

You got a good eye for color combinations!

If you lost yr program you could always get Photoshop or use the free program called 'Gimp'.

I like your sigs, I love that comic style.
What I don't like that much are the glittering, moving or blinking frames of some. For me it takes too much focus from the picture inside and you need to save it as gif which limits the number of colors to 256.
I think I ask you for one the next times I would like to see a Harley Quinn sig from you
