Change. Its a simple concept. Moving on to newer, different things that still uphold the core values that you believe in. I'm tired of other factions, and even some of our own, telling me that Jin's can't do what the other factions can. That we're not able to accomplish what they have or will be able to accomplish; to me is total ****. I'm not here to tell you that I'm going to rebuild the faction. I'm not here to tell you that we need to invest in smarter, stronger m33's. No. I'm here to let you all know that I'm tired of ****.When we get called things like weak, underpowered, self-centered, money-mongers Well Screw them.When it takes 5 Nans/Guans to Gank ONE Jin, I know that all they say on forums about us is ****. They call us weak, underpowered, self-centered, money-mongers, I say they can go to ****. I want to show all of Redemption that JIN's are the best of the best; That we are THE STRONGEST of all the factions. I have a simple plan to do it too. Its easy.
WAKE UP JINS!!!!. I want you all to stop thinking that HSB is won and lost because of our m33's... I want you to stop thinking that if you can only get on for one hour during HSB, that its not going to help. M33's DONT WIN HSB. OUR FACTION WINS HSB's. ~HSB SUPPORT
Its quite simple. We've had +10% for almost the entirety of the last two months, I have been there every step of the way. Every HSB, Every time. (Even if its only been for a couple min.) but, I'm still not satisfied with that. I want the other factions to cower in fear when we have +40%!
~ Faction Funds
I do my best to better the faction. I help around town, both in and out of my guild. If Faction money is being spent, you know it'll be on the faction and not on Elites.(I've got enough of those anyways). We need to GROW as a faction. Expect to have more lvling events in town.
~ VFL SUPPORT
I'm going to require a lot more of my VFL's. no more pretty cape if you just sit there. VFL's will have weekly lvl requirements, Run faction events, and have specific jobs during HSB's. Can't do those? Im sorry good by VFL cape. No nonsense policy.
~ Guild SUPPORT.
I really believe that an FL should listen to the faction. I am going to have weekly Guild Master meetings, to discuss what the people of the faction want and need to accomplish the goals I have laid out for this faction.
~JIN PRIDE
I'm tired of having so many Jin's feel like the faction is underperforming; so much so that many have started to either quit, re-roll, or attempt to go nan, just to get a fresh start. WELL IM DONE WITH THAT. JIN's NEED TO BE PRIDEFUL. THATS WHO WE ARE. Im going to have community organizers who really know how to rally the faction and get Jin's instilled with more sense of pride. If your still having doubts, Ill even talk to you in person. ATM Personally I have convinced 17 individuals to stay Jin's, after they had already mentally committed to re-rolling or going nan.
