I want to do a guild event for some of my pvpers, so would it be agaisnt any kind of ToS to do that?

Also, would it be killstealing the other union to go for kills? like, would there be territory issues between my guild and the other union?

Its pvp if your raid kills a darkie its not ks and unless your guild has an issue wiht another guild already when it happens there shouldnt be any problems.

It's not against any rules at all. In fact many guilds form guild-only parties.
