can we use a pet color pill even though we already used one, without using a pet color removal?

I think the answer is yes!
However if you stack colors...say like 3 colors on a horse it takes 1 removal thingy to get it brown.

Yes you can go from color to color. I change the color of my pet to coordinate with each new level of armor I wear.
